Sometimes I get randomly inspired to capture miscellaneous things or objects. It could be the particular lighting in the space, the color of something, or just a random idea. In The Meeting of Tangerines, this idea came from a random desire to see if I could use lighting to manipulate  mood and cause a personification of fruit--I wanted to make the viewer see a "romance" between two objects that could not actually experience this in the real world.
